2016 Sandpoint High School Graduation

This last weekend I was honored to once again have the opportunity to be the official photographer for the Sandpoint High School Graduation Ceremony.  I have had the pleasure of getting to know quite a few of these graduates.  For many I had the pleasure of capturing their style and personality for their senior portraits.  For many of those clients and others I have been able to be there on the sidelines of their sporting events, capturing images of them breaking records, winning championships as well as holding back my own tears as they endure the pain of defeat.  I have a lot of memories of the class of 2016, way too many to share here. Ultimately my memories is not why I do what I do, it is their memories that I am so very grateful to be able to preserve and capture.  Thank you to the Class of 2016 for a great year of creating memories together. Here are just a handful of photos I captured at your graduation.   These, along with about 1,700 other photos from graduation can be found on my website at this link:

Cocolalla Teen Camp – Photo Booth (Sandpoint Photographer)

Day 4 at Cocolalla Lake Bible Camp’s Teen Camp started out with rain.  What a perfect day for a photo booth!  Of course Cocolalla had plenty of props and I had the right equipment so we set up for some photo booth action in the gym.  This was a ton of fun and we ended up with well over 300 great photos.  Here are a few samples.

Cocolalla Teen Camp – Day 3 (Sandpoint Photographer)

Day 3 of the Cocolalla Lake Bible Camp Teen Camp was a blast!  Of course there were a lot of wet games to be played, but this time one of those games came at a price.  During what was supposed to be a harmless game of “Water Bomb Baseball” a slippery bat went flying and found a new home in the back seat of the Assistant Director’s truck.  Of course the bat forgot to open the window first!  The first photos here are a little reenactment that we did for the camera.

Now that is some brotherly love!

And now for the final photo, check out last night’s amazing sunset!

Cocolalla Teen Camp – Day 1 & 2 (Sandpoint Photographer)

One of the things I look forward to about summer is camp!  For a number of years now I have had the privilege of being involved with Cocolalla Lake Bible Camp, they do a great job and have an outstanding staff of servant hearted people that love what they do!  This week they kicked off the summer camp season with the Teen Camp.  Here are a few shots from the first couple of days of camp.

“Just a Dream” Sneak Peek (Sandpoint Photographer)

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing “Just a Dream” put on by the Sandpoint High School Dance Team.  The State Champion SHS Dance team was joined by three of the High School dance classes, the Sandpoint Middle School Dance team, Heather’s School of Dance and Allegro Dance Studio.  They put on a great show for the standing room only audience.  I am still working finishing up the editing on the photos, but I thought that many of you may like to have a little sneak peek of what is to come.  Here are a some photos from the event.
